• A UK based guarantor is required (usually a Parent or Guardian) to guarantee the terms & conditions of the tenancy.
• International students who cannot provide a UK Guarantor please see Option B or Option C.

• A discount of 3% is applied to rent payments paid in full at the start of the tenancy.
• Studios are for 51 week tenancies.
• Deluxe, Premium & Standard are for single occupancy only & for a minimum 43 wk tenancy.
• Council Tax Exemption Certificates are required as proof of Student status. (Please see FACTSHEET)
• A fee £99 will be made for agreed monthly payment plans.
• Please note that keys will not be issued until the Tenancy has been completed by all parties and signed Direct Debit mandates/ payment details have been received.
